Our founder, Lenora Payne, knows how to turn possibility into possible (Opportunity or Reality). She established TGS with a customer-centric philosophy of dependability, honesty, and integrity. Commitment to superior customer service fueled growth and TGS’s commitment of giving back to the community around them.

Our Ongoing Opportunities

An Immediate Impact Through SHIPS

SHIPS empowers students with resources, options, and inspiration. Six programs make an immediate and lasting impact on the lives of young African Americans in our community through exposure and engagement with technology.

African American Cisco Partner Community (AACPC)

AACPC increases the number of African American owned technology companies, and accelerates financial growth through increasing the number of African American employees in tech and management roles across the Cisco partner system.

The African American Cisco Partner Community (AACPC) stems from Social Justice Action 10. Action 10 is Cisco’s commitment of $50M over 5 years to increase diversity in our partner ecosystem.

The AACPC Core Team’s mission is to attract and accelerate the holistic growth of African American/Black-owned partners not just through financial investment, but also through internal and external evangelization of this partner community’s
presence in the industry and their ability to drive business outcomes through technology.
